For the last, don’t forget to cool down your body for twenty-five minutes.

Cramps is one of the problems that might appear when jogging or running. It must be burdensome since it will make your exercise stop for a while. Sometimes you will get cramps suddenly while running. It must be shocked and sometimes lead to other dangerous levels. You have to be more concern about it. Actually, there are some ways to avoid this situation. You can do some right stretching so you will not get a cramp. There are some types of cramps which are side cramp that has a problem with your breathing, stomach cramp when you have higher calcium, sodium, and potassium, and muscle cramps when your body is dehydrated.

There are simple ways to make your body will not cramps in the middle of running or jogging. One of them by doing stretching. According to Jeff Galloway, you can try to put your hand on stomach then breathe deeply. You can breathe from your lower lungs, so your stomach might be rise and fall. To avoid it, you have to start to do gentle run for the first 10 minutes.

After that, you can also try to avoid cramp while exercise by considering on what you eat and drink before that. You can drink about 16 to 20 ounces of water in 45 minutes before running.
