Methods to Increase Stamina While Running

There are some methods that can be followed for gaining your stamina while running. One of the ways to increase your stamina is by doing interval training. First, you can directly use interval training that will improve your cardiovascular get more capacity and burn more calories to get more energy. Second, you can perform steady intervals. You can start to do warm up in ten to fifteen minutes then do slow jogging at the start. Then, speed up your move for full warm up.

Third, you can also use a pyramid interval training. You can start to rapid walk then get light jogging and speed move at the end. After that, run in 30 seconds in high intensity. Continue with a second low in every interval seconds. To finish up, you can do twenty to thirty-minute cooling down by walking comfortably. Fourth, you can also do variable intervals to mix low and high intensity. Start to warm up by easy running for ten to fifteen minutes. Then, mix different interval training. For the last, don’t forget to cool down your body for twenty-five minutes.
